The Scottish Adult Neuro-Oncology Network (SANON) was formally accepted as a national managed clinical network by the National Services Division of National Services Scotland in November 2006. SANON's aim is to link together health professionals, patients and voluntary sector representatives to ensure the delivery of equitable, high quality, clinically effective care for patients diagnosed with brain and central nervous system tumours. By working to meet this aim we will be able to design and deliver the best service for patients and carers in Scotland. Prof Roy Rampling is the SANON Clinical Lead.
